Senior Signaling and Communications Engineer

Job Description Overview

We are looking for a Senior Signaling and Communications Engineer. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership and oversight while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Design of complete railway signalling systems, including trackside, wayside, signal room, and control room equipment.
• Design and configuration of Computer-Based Interlocking (CBI) application software.
• Technical management of vendor-delivered train control and signalling system projects.
• Integration of train control and signalling systems with stations, traction power substations, depots, and control centres.
• Coordination with internal design, domain, and requirements teams, as well as external stakeholders (communications, architecture, AHJs, suppliers).
