Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Manager's for this immediate vacancy which will be based on a significant Social Housing project in Belfast. . This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require Site Managers with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.

Strong pipeline of work in Northern Ireland
Job Purpose:
To assess and implement through on-site management all aspects of design and construction of Contractor developments. The successful and timely delivery of projects from start to completion with due regard for Health & Safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
