 Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join their team in North London.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned maintenance works (Retrofit, Cladding)

Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely and quality delivery of multiple sites/projects

Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date

Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication

Monitor budgets, progress, and KPIs to ensure project targets are met

Conduct quality inspections and resolve any on-site issues proactively
