Senior Site Manager Freelance Contract Darlington 8-Month Contract (Running until February 2027) Day Rate: £325 - £350 Project Value: £10 Million Build Space is recruiting for an experienced SeniorSite Manager / Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major modular construction project in Darlington. The project consists of 129 modular units with a total value of £10 million. We are looking for a strong Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally with a background in modular construction, groundworks, and earthworks.
