Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Senior Site Quantity Surveyor to be part of the team.

• Contract Administration : Liaised with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contract issues; ensured site staff compliance with contract obligations and scope of work
• Procurement : Sourced subcontractors and suppliers, obtained quotations, and managed purchase orders to secure competitive prices within project budgets
• Progress Claims & Payments : Prepared and submitted progress claims to clients; evaluated subcontractor claims and prepared payment vouchers to maintain adequate project cash flow
