About the Opportunity

As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will take full ownership of field operations on large, complex construction projects (typically $100M+), driving execution from mobilization through to turnover. You’re the steady hand onsite, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and team performance are all aligned and moving forward. This is a leadership role where your ability to mentor, coach and elevate your team is as critical as your technical expertise.
