Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve development efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance.
- Review existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement engineering best practices such as CI/CD, SRE, automation, and monitoring.
- Create implementation roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and technical capabilities.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and assist with early-stage solution implementation.
- Develop and maintain applications, automation scripts, and batch jobs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build and support cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
