•Insight Global is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a client in Kansas City to support a major initiative to modernize internal systems in 2026. This is a newly created role focused on development (80%) and production support (20%), with responsibilities including coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes. The engineer will collaborate with a team of approximately 15 programmers and 4 managers across the full software development lifecycle. The work involves building and maintaining a variety of web-based applications that serve different client needs, primarily through on-premises development. Candidates should be self-starters with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business and product teams.
