What You’ll Do
- Oversee SWIFT infrastructure design and review architecture blueprints with cross-functional teams
- Act as the main point of contact for third-party SWIFT technical teams and coordinate implementation planning
- Guide and review business process modeling and automation with business owners and vendors
- Translate business requirements to technical teams and ensure alignment in process automation
- Review and develop test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Provide subject matter expertise and arbitration between internal and external teams
- Advise on best practices for SWIFT implementation and ensure compliance with security standards
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure resource availability and project success
