Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery, system reliability, and engineering processes.
- Review existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to help teams achieve their goals.
- Create roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and engineering capabilities.
- Communicate technical solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) projects and help teams during the early stages of implementation.
- Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.

- At least 6 years of experience in a software engineering role as an individual contributor.
