The Opportunity

  • Lead a group of passionate solid waste professionals across all of Trace. Grow and further develop the solid waste practice.

    • Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor a passionate and committed team of professionals.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers and peers.

  • Enhance Trace’s reputation.

  • Lead Project Managers with planning and implementing detailed design and permitting projects, budgeting and budget management, ensuring quality of services and client satisfaction.

    • About You and Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering.

  • Status as a Professional Engineer.

  • Knowledge of current solid waste regulations in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
