Travel: Primarily remote, with travel to customer sites UK and abroad, plus industry conferences and customer events (approximately 30–40%, with peaks during conference seasons)

This is a business-critical, customer-facing role for a scientifically credible commercial operator who can engage confidently with senior discovery scientists, informatics leaders, and innovation stakeholders.
