Job Description

SENIOR SOUS CHEF UP TO £45K PER YEAR

As the sous chef you will 

- serve fresh modern cuisine with ever changing seasonal ingredients
- work with a team of highly experienced Chefs who share your passion for quality food
- coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef & communicate thoroughly with the rest of the brigade
- prepare frequently used ingredients to high & consistent standards of presentation
- ensure efficient service & bring driving energy to the team
- be fully in charge of your own station & suggest new ways of presenting dishes
- ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and kept up

- support your entire team & multitask / think on your feet during service
- help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
