Our client is a reputable Logistics Solution firm and their business covers more than 50 countries.

  • Provide first level support to clients on system and application issues as well as monitor the performance of respective services at a high standard
  • Perform trouble shooting and escalate issues to technical teams when required
  • Consolidate the services related data (including usage level and services performances) and identify the support trends for potential services/products enhancement
  • Coach junior staff to perform day-to-day duties
  • Shift duty from Monday to Friday is required (5x24)
  • Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, e-Commerce or related disciplines
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in 1st level technical support
  • Knowledge on IT application is an advantage
