The Opportunity
This is a global role based in Mumbai, India.
As the Test Automation Tool SME you will serve as the process support to multiple end users of the Test Automation Platform (TAP) toolset consisting of OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM/AQM), Tricentis Tosca as well as other integrated tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Playwright).
What You’ll Do 
Top level technical expert supporting multiple end user groups (i.e., IT Delivery teams, SQA).
Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems with all available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.
Requires broad and deep technical experience related to studying and analyzing systems needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
