As a Probe Card Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., within Test Solutions Engineering (TSE), Key Equipment Group (KEG); you will be responsible for design, and qualification of probe cards enabling Micron’s current and next generation products! You will provide probe card-related technical direction across all Micron global Probe locations.
