Responsibilities
Manage inventory by ensuring proper storage, labelling, and stock control.
Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment, and issue items based on approved requests.
Record stock movements, prepare purchase requests, and support procurement processes.
Receive and check goods against delivery orders and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store, including checking expiry dates of items.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, assist with stock takes, and support basic facilities and store operations.
