You act as a strategic thought partner to the Global Leadership Team by preparing analysis, scenarios, and sound recommendations.
Leading and managing the Heraeus Electronics Strategy Process forms a core part of your responsibilities, ensuring strategic clarity, high‑quality deliverables, and actionable conclusions.
You contribute to the development and evolution of the Target Picture, shaping strategic roadmaps and priorities.
Moreover, alignment across the organization is ensured by coordinating key strategic activities, communication streams, and milestone tracking.
