About the role
You’ll be stepping into a tight‑knit structural team that works closely with other technical disciplines across the business. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership – leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring others while helping shape the continued growth of our Christchurch presence.
You’ll lead projects from concept through to delivery, building strong client relationships and supporting the team’s development along the way. You’ll be trusted to run projects independently while being backed by a supportive, ambitious team that values learning, collaboration, and having fun.
