Job Description
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for organizing the sequencing of field operations, staging materials, and managing satellite offices. This role includes preparing project updates, documentation, and performing related administrative duties. The individual will solve problems, prioritize tasks, and multi-task while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills. Quality assurance and control procedures will be implemented to ensure compliance with contract documents. The role requires representation of the company to all project-related parties, including subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors, and municipal agencies. Additionally, the superintendent will assist project management in obtaining necessary construction permits and work with municipalities and utility providers for service installation and inspection.
