Job Purpose
The Senior / Supervisor, Safety & Security is responsible to investigate into incidents and accidents to identify the causes and/or determine the non-compliance to rules and regulations. He / She will also play a crucial role in the education, engagement and enforcement of safety processes and procedures. Additionally, he / she is responsible to improve the safety culture and performance within the organisation, as well as to ensure compliance to legal legislations and corporate requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic accident investigation
- Standby Duty Investigation Officer (accident scene investigation)
- Provide safety inputs during bus trials
- Perform Education, Engagement and Enforcement on safety issues
- Participate in implementation of ISO39001
