Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain professional to lead and manage end-to-end SCM operations in our manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to top management and plays a critical role in ensuring supply chain reliability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
You will oversee Customer Service, PPIC, Purchasing, EXIM, and Warehouse, ensuring strong coordination across all functions to support production and on-time delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor SCM KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, customs officer and global supply chain stakeholders
- Lead overall supply chain operations to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery (DOT)
- Manage production planning and inventory control, including monitoring DIO/MOS and minimizing aging stock
