Overview
Senior Support Engineer (Data & Analytics Operations) Duration: 6 months (extension/conversion possible) Location: Toronto, ON or Waterloo, ON (Hybrid – onsite ONCE monthly) Responsibilities
Support and maintain data and analytics applications in production environments Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, job, and data issues Perform performance tuning across databases, applications, and cloud platforms Support deployments and operational changes using DevOps tooling Lead operational improvements and support incident/problem management processes Collaborate with project, operations, and vendor teams on enhancements and implementations Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation Must-Have Skills & Experience
