Job Description

FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system performance. Responsibilities Responsible for handling all incoming tickets according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Resolve low-to-moderate complexity technical issues using defined tools and processes, such as password resets and functional customer mapping changes. Continuously monitor and maintain the data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality (completeness, correctness, and freshness) post-implementation.
