About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Hammonds. This role provides outcome-based care, promoting independence and we aim to enable every person to be engaged in their local community to the best of their ability.
Salary
£32,597 to £35,412 full time equivalent
Working Pattern
Part time, 35.15 hrs per week
Working Hours
Senior Support Workers would be expected to pick up duty shifts (24 hours, 14:00-14:00), managing the service out of hours including sleep in duty.
