Job Description
We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist (Downstream + ReCircle) to strengthen customer-facing sustainability activation across our Sales Territories and to help drive the operational execution and adoption of the ReCircle program across markets.
What you will do
- Enable Sales Territories with sustainability toolkits, templates, and tender-ready content.
- Support tenders and customer enquiries by translating sustainability topics into clear, quantifiable customer/procurement metrics.
- Coordinate sustainability inputs and evidence across functions to ensure timely, consistent responses.
- Develop and deliver sustainability training for Sales & Marketing, including Train-the-Trainer formats.
- Drive day-to-day operational support for ReCircle (market roll-outs, partner coordination, onboarding, adoption readiness).
