Conosco Group Ltd is seeking a Senior SysOps Engineer for a hybrid role based in South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg). The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and contributing to operational excellence and automation. Applicants should have 7+ years in IT support, in-depth knowledge of N-able, Microsoft Defender, and experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
