- Work with stakeholders including customers, partners and colleagues on system level technical issues for MicroStrategy
- Perform installation/upgrade of MicroStrategy on-premises and on cloud infrastructure
- Perform software configuration e.g. user authorization, LDAP authentication, SSO etc.
- Perform ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly patching for MSTR software
- Document, manage and maintain MSTR interfaces to data warehouse e.g. PostgreSQL, data virtualisation platform e.g. Denodo
- Monitor and report SLAs for MSTR system related service requests
- Ensure compliance to data security and governance standards stipulated by customers
Academic Qualifications
- Recognised degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent
