What You Need
- Solid Linux and Windows Server administration experience
- Hands‑on pfSense firewall experience — non‑negotiable
- Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, VPNs, routing, and UniFi
- Microsoft Intune and M365 proficiency
- Experience with backup, DR, security patching, and compliance
- Good documentation habits and a governance‑minded approach
- Clean criminal record (verification required)
What You'll Be Doing
- Resolving incidents and service requests as the primary IT point of contact
- Managing and maintaining Linux and Windows Server environments
- Administering Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Configuring and maintaining networks — VLANs, VPNs, routing, and UniFi systems
