About the Role
Sr. System Software Engineer responsible for developing digital tools supporting Medtronic Operations. Global role reporting to Digital Performance Management Director. Location: Tolochenaz, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of Digital Performance Management tools such as OEE, KPI dashboards, Production Tracker, LiveLink platform.
- Collect data from automated equipment controllers, operator interfaces, MES, SPC.
- Act as SME and liaison with IT and stakeholders.
- Manage the application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on design requirements.
- Generate policies, standards, and procedures for systems software engineering.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality policies.
- Communicate status updates and impact of timeline delays to management.
