Senior Systems Analyst

Location: Canada – Ontario – Toronto

Purpose

The Canadian Banking Products Engineering team is looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst, to play a critical role as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams. In this role, the Senior Systems Analyst will support the Private Banking domain through technical documentation, delivery, and resolution of roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintaining a holistic view on the domain's current and future system needs.
• Ensure that technical specifications are clearly, accurately, and thoroughly documented and understood for both system changes and process changes.
