Job Description
Position Overview To support the organization's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program by managing operational tasks, enforcing security policies, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. The role involves policy administration, troubleshooting, forensic analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and Cybersecurity Incident Response Teams (CSIRT). Role & Responsibilities Policy Management Create, modify, and maintain DLP policies for email, web, and endpoint systems based on cluster/agency requirements. Regularly review policies with DPOs and update configurations as needed.
Incident Handling & Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve operational issues, including false positives and user-reported blocks. Provide forensic data extraction and analysis support for security investigations.
