Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - L3 (MSP) to join a growing Managed Services team supporting PH and Australian clients. He/She will act as technical escalation lead while also delivering IT deployments, onboarding, and platform improvements across multiple client environments. This is a hands-on senior role within an MSP, combining deep technical troubleshooting with responsibility for endpoint, cloud, and infrastructure deployments. You will work closely with the Service Desk, NOC, and Operations teams to resolve high-impact issues, lead escalations, and execute well-designed IT deployments for new and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:


L3 Escalations & Incident Management

  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex and recurring issues
  • Diagnose and resolve high-impact P1–P3 incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
