Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition who will be a player-coach supporting our clients’ success by matching our brand with the best talent, while providing leadership and training to team members. Knowing the talent pipeline inside and out, you will continuously funnel “game-changers” to our Sales leaders and Talent Management counterparts with a targeted focus, a sense of urgency and a creative drive.
Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $160,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
+ Plans and directs talent acquisition activities, and leads and manages a team of talent acquisition professionals
+ Develops innovative ideas around finding top talent, and actively shares those big ideas with your team to improve market penetration
