Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Align on candidate personas with the head of Hiring department and HRBP to ensure job responsibilities and competency requirements are clear and specific.
  2. Formulate recruitment plans and source-to-hire strategies by leveraging appropriate talent channels and platforms.
  3. Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews; present qualified shortlists with assessment notes to users, and manage the feedback loop.
  4. Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline.
  5. Assist leadership in optimizing recruitment workflows and managing external partner/vendor relationships (e.g., the third-party talent acquisition agencies/university, job portals).


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
