Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and expansion plans.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs, staffing timelines, and workforce plans.
  • Conduct market and talent mapping to anticipate future hiring challenges.
  • Ensure staffing plans support KCAT’s multi-town rollout and operational growth.

2. Talent Sourcing & Selection

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to selection to onboarding.
  • Manage sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, partnerships, and social media.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience aligned with KCAT’s values.
  • Establish and enforce hiring standards, documentation, and process discipline.
