Senior Technical Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a passionate Technical Advisory Consultant to help financial industry players implement, deploy, and provide advisory in a highly dynamic and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Get exposed to Swift’s technical solutions and increasingly deliver, implement, and provide consulting to customers.
• Deliver technical and operational training on Swift’s products and solutions to customers.
• Partake in projects of varying complexities, ensuring effectiveness in meeting customer needs and delivering expected outcomes while maintaining communication and managing expectations.
• Manage project risks (security, resources, budget, quality) and escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Assist the customer in technical readiness or solution onboarding (e.g., SwiftAPI onboarding) and solving potential issues within the scope of the project.
