Support RBC's credit card systems as a Senior Technical Systems Analyst. Provide 24/7 infrastructure and performance support to enhance transactional processing across integrated applications.
In this senior role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal functionality of RBC and Moneris online systems. With over 5 billion transactions processed annually, you will apply your extensive technical skills to identify and resolve issues, perform capacity management, and recommend technology solutions.
