Job Description
Role
- Partner with Front Office Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to analyse business requirements and design scalable technology solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate complex business processes into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and enhance client, counterparty, partner, and relationship data models supporting Sales and Trading platforms.
- Improve the consistency, integrity, and governance of client relationship data across CRM and downstream systems.
- Lead strategic technology initiatives supporting Structured Products, OTC derivatives, and Sales workflow automation across Asia markets.
