Senior Technical Application Support Specialist
As a Senior Technical Application Support Specialist reporting to the Sr. Director – Project Management of Nasdaq Trade Surveillance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery and reliability of Nasdaq's trade surveillance and market data technology for clients across global markets.
You'll thrive in this position if you're a self-starter who enjoys solving complex technical problems, communicating across teams, and taking full ownership of issues from diagnosis through to resolution — all in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
Monitor systems for software errors, failures, and capacity issues; troubleshoot and escalate as needed to ensure continuous operational performance.
Resolve market data and private data connectivity issues of increasing complexity, working closely with clients, exchanges, and market centers.
