- Leverage expertise in project controls and lesson learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization.
- To provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex projects successfully.
- To facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects and that the best practices are identified and implemented.
- To analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation to identify areas of improvement and inform future project planning.
