The role of **Technical Manager, Urban Development (Senior Vice President)** involves fulfilling the role of a Senior Program Manager on complex urban development and transportation projects throughout the United States. The role requires experience leading a multi-disciplinary project team in the delivery of challenging comprehensive development projects located at or integrated with major transportation facilities. Experience with and understanding of public and private clients is a must.
