What you will do:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions using SQL, Azure Databricks, and enterprise ETL frameworks across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
Own technical execution for assigned initiatives, including detailed solution design, design and code reviews, and enforcement of engineering and data quality standards.
Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership and mentorship to Data Engineers and Data Developers, supporting skill development and consistent delivery practices.
Manage the successful delivery of multiple critical data initiatives annually across Individual Insurance, Wealth, Advisory Network, and Canada Operations, translating business requirements into secure, reliable data solutions.
