Job Description
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Ignition Developer- Design, develop, and maintain Ignition applications using Vision and/or Perspective modules
- Configure tags, UDTs, alarms, and historian for real time data acquisition
- Develop HMI/SCADA screens, dashboards, and OEE/MES views
- Integrate Ignition with PLCs, OPC servers (Kepware), databases (SQL Server/MySQL), and enterprise systems
- Develop reports, data exports (PDF/Excel), and analytics views
- Support Ignition Edge Gateway setup and cloud/on prem connectivity
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Troubleshoot performance, data, and connectivity issues
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Work closely with architects, OT engineers, and QA teams during delivery
