WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Technical Property Manager for Sales Market Germany, you enable and secure the operations of our multi-brand store portfolio by providing high-quality facility management services. Acting as an internal service provider and informal leader, you ensure that all sites meet operational, cost, and quality requirements while supporting long-term business growth.
You will:
Monitor your site portfolio, identify investment needs, and optimize asset lifetime and life cycle.
Maintain facility plans, balancing scheduled and reactive work.
Manage budgets, costs, and quality performance, proposing solutions in line with evolving business needs.
Oversee service delivery and projects, sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.
Provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds.
