Technical Recruiter – AI & Strategic Talent Hiring 6-Month Contract, Hybrid (3 Days/Week In-Office, Canadian Hubs) Location: Downtown Toronto - Bay Street
Pay Rates: T4: 51-59/hr IC: 61-70/hr
What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical and strategic customer-facing positions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies Lead intake sessions, profile calibration meetings, pipeline reviews, and hiring forecasts Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market intelligence Collaborate with sourcing teams to strategically allocate talent pipelines across multiple openings Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates against business requirements Deliver regular recruiting updates and market insights to stakeholders Work closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure a seamless interview and scheduling process P...
