Technical Service Manager (TSM)
The Technical Service Manager (TSM) is a senior SAP technical consultant within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization, responsible for overseeing all technical and managed service aspects of customer engagements from the point of sale throughout the lifecycle of a RISE contract. The role serves as a customer‑facing advisor, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable operations, mitigate risk, and maximize customer success while supporting the customers’ digital transformation journey to the Intelligent Enterprise.
