This role is a senior technical ownership position for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.


The Senior Technical Solution Architect acts as technical co-owner of the D365 F&O platform, ensuring stable and reliable operations, sound technical architecture and controlled rollout and continuous improvement of the ERP landscape.

  • Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions

  • Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication

  • Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
