Under the supervision of the Digital Productivity Lead, the following are expected from this role:
Involvement in Project Scoping, identifies technical limitations of SharePoint and providing workaround/alternative solutions.Assess Project Timelines and ensure that tasks are delivered within reasonable amount of time.Assess if user request requires approval and escalating the request to the appropriate person.Review the SharePoint platform health by checking logs and back-end configuration and correcting, as necessary.Development, testing and releasing of SharePoint applications and making sure that the applications are working as per specification and best practices are applied.Provides support for custom applications that is built under SharePointAssisting with 3rd level support for any SharePoint related queriesAssists on the migration of site collections, sites, and files to the latest version of SharePoint an...
