Amplitude is seeking a Technical Success Manager in Singapore to build deep customer relationships and drive value from the Amplitude platform. In this role, you will support customers across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include managing deployment and adoption for 30-40 accounts, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with Account Executives to ensure customer success. A minimum of 5 years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS is required, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
